GENERAL GUIDELINES:
Each
journal special Issue will be a minimum of 5 papers and 50 pages of
content, typically made of 10 to 15 papers, with each paper 8 to 14
pages of length.

DEADLINES:
November 10, 2008:
ICCIT 2008 authors (with highest review scores) will be receiving
invitation from IPC Chair for manuscript submission. Authors not
receiving invitations may be eligible to submit on a space available
basis. Such authors should contact IPC chair at
mkarim@odu.edu.
January
31, 2009: Authors will submit expanded/enhanced manuscript to
Ms. Tawana Hardy at
thardy@odu.edu
along with a cover letter detailing how this manuscript meets 30%
enhancement from what will be presented at ICCIT 2008.
March
21, 2009: Reviews of enhanced/expanded manuscripts will be
provided to the authors.
March 27, 2009:
Revised manuscripts will be due from the authors to Ms. Tawana Hardy
at
thardy@odu.edu.
April
20, 2009: Final acceptance/rejection notification.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
-Authors from
developing countries may be granted discounts and even full
waivers as per following guidelines:
- For student authors from developing countries with no financial
support, full waiver may be granted for page charges, half waiver
for print fees if order anything.
- For non-student authors from developing countries with no
financial support, page charges may be fully waived, half waiver for
print fees but the authors will have to purchase at least one
hardcopy of the issue (cost 50 Euro).
